RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Not satisfied with the product you have received? Don't worry!

And our returns team will take it up from there!

We have a 3-point return policy:
1.   7 days return (From the day of receipt of product)
2.   Full refund
3.   Free reverse pickup

7 Days return
You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it. For hassle free returns, please do ensure-
·  Products are not used or worn (other than for trials)
·  Original tags & packaging is intact
·  Clothes are not damaged or stained in any manner
·  Original invoice is packed along with the products you wish to return
·  All accessories that come along with the products are packed
·  There are no scratches or deformities on the surface of the products
·  Seal is not broken for cosmetics & perfumes
·  Embellishments & Sequins are not damaged in case of jewelry and handbags

Full refund
Once we receive the products, our experts will determine whether the above guidelines are adhered to or not. If things are in order, we will fully refund your money within 7 days time.

Refund policy
·  For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, once we have received the products back at our warehouse. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
·  For cash on delivery transactions, the customers have the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which they will have to provide their bank account details) or, the refund amount will get credited to the Twenty Dresses wallet linked to their customer account on the website/app. The Twenty Dresses wallet never expires and they can use the wallet to buy anything else from the website/app. Customers can request a refund of their Twenty Dresses wallet balance in their bank account anytime by clicking the 'refund me' button on the website/app or by calling TwentyDresses customer care. Bank transfers usually take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Twenty Dresses cancellation policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cancellation policy for customers
The customers can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse through the Website/Mobile site directly. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
If any customer wishes to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, they need to contact our customer service either by calling on 1800 267 0101 or writing to us on [email protected]. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.

Free reverse pick up
Shipping for returns are FREE at twentydresses.com. We will arrange for a free pick up of your shipment from your location.

In case you are in a location where our FREE pick up facility is unavailable, we request you to ship your package using a courier service of your choice, to the following address-

How to pack your returns package
It’s quite simple. We provide a return envelope (with a pre-printed address label) with every item shipped.
Securely pack the product (along with the tags and original invoice) in the box, which you received with the product, and use the return envelope to cover the box. Secure the return envelope by using the self-adhesive strip. The return envelope has a pre-printed address label on it.
